New Faculty Launch

New Faculty Launch is a year‑long, first‑year faculty experience designed to help new faculty connect, build momentum, and thrive.

The program is structured as three 90‑minute sessions across the academic year, with two sessions in the fall and one in the spring. Sessions are hosted during the lunch hour and are centrally led in partnership with rotating college co‑hosts to ensure a unified experience and broad institutional support.

What to Expect:

New Faculty Launch focuses on the questions that matter most in year one.

  • – How do I build relationships, belonging, and visibility over time?
  • – How does this institution work, and where do I go for support?
  • – What does early progress look like, and how can it be sustainable?

Each session combines practical guidance, faculty perspectives, and time for reflection and conversation. Participants leave with clearer pathways, stronger connections, and concrete next steps.
